You can submit as many requests as you like during the contract. We organise their delivery around the number of tasks that can be active at the same time under your plan. Revisions are unlimited.

The subscription covers intellectual graphic design services: creating, choosing and using graphic elements, typography and colours for your communication materials. Depending on your plan, it also includes access to your files on our server (YELLOW, GREEN and RED), video editing (GREEN and RED) and short 2D animated videos (RED). The collective’s expertise extends beyond the scope of the subscription.

Direct and indirect photographic work and illustration work are excluded from the subscription. Production costs, including printing and development, and other expenses such as purchasing images are not included in the fee. Contact us to discuss needs outside the subscription.

The contract provides for a minimum of 7 working days to deliver the first draft of a project. This is not a guaranteed maximum turnaround time. Production and delivery times are indicative and may change, particularly following amendments, late payment or circumstances beyond our control.

The commitment is for one year. The contract renews automatically for another year on the same terms, unless cancelled in the required manner and within the agreed notice period. Plan prices are monthly and exclude VAT.

Cancellation must be sent by registered post at least one month before the anniversary of the contract. Otherwise, the contract renews for a further year.

Yes. Changes must be submitted no later than 25 hours before the production or delivery date and confirmed in writing by happywookie. They may affect the schedule. Any additional costs caused by the requested changes are charged to the client.

An order cancelled within 24 hours of production or delivery is normally still invoiced, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Even when this notice period is respected, costs already incurred and work already completed remain payable unless happywookie agrees otherwise in writing.

The contract provides that receipt takes place on delivery and constitutes acceptance. Any complaint must be sent by registered post within 8 days of becoming aware of the service. If receipt is neglected, the period starts upon receipt of the dispatch notice. Using part of an order constitutes acceptance of the whole order.

Invoices are payable within 8 days of issue. Prices are in euros, excluding VAT.

Any invoice dispute must be sent by registered post to happywookie’s registered office within 8 days of the invoice date.

The contract provides for late-payment interest and a fixed indemnity, as well as the possibility of extending or suspending production times. Failure to pay may also lead to termination under the contractual terms.

Yes. Information exchanged during our collaboration is treated as confidential, even if it is not labelled as such. It is used for the assignment and shared with team members and subcontractors who need it and are subject to the same obligations. The contract provides for exceptions, including information already public, already known or lawfully obtained from a third party.

Confidential information and copies remain the property of the party providing them. At the end of the contract, they are returned or destroyed at that party’s choice; destruction is confirmed in writing. Sharing this information does not transfer the intellectual property rights attached to it.

Circumstances beyond happywookie’s control may suspend delivery times. The contract includes transport or telecommunications disruptions, technical incidents and supplier delays. The applicable terms are set out in the contract.

The contract is governed by Belgian law. It designates the Court of First Instance of Walloon Brabant and, for matters within its jurisdiction, the justice of the peace for the location of happywookie’s registered office.
